Ordered from here about two weeks ago and it took over an hour to get my sub. It was a weekday after lunch time so there was really no excuse but whatever I got my food and was happy. Now today I ordered again and it's been way over an hour again and still no food. My sandwich is bread, mayo, tomatoes, and cheese. Is that really that hard? From now on I'm really going to think twice about ordering from here.

Normally I like jimmy johns and never had a problem but for some reason the other day the driver was having an attitude. He asked me what the building number was and I politely told him I didn't know but he was at the back entrance not even the main and he snapped at me "well I can't find you if you don't give me a building number." I said sorry I don't know it and the phone was shuffled so I know he was trying to hang up and he shouted "thanks for nothing" I hung up the phone and found out the building number which I may add was the same building he was at it was just a different door. Called him back and he said okay I'll be there in a second. I waited ten minutes and this ordeal had already cut into most of my 30 min break and he still wasn't at the door. I called him and he didn't answer so I called jimmy johns and told them what happened and shortly after he pulled up and I told him "if you are going to talk about your customers make sure you hang up the phone first" he did apologize and said he was frustrated but it was my third double in a row and I was trying to treat myself to a sandwich. I deal with people on a daily basis and I would never talk to a client or their family like that. Management was suppose to call me but never heard back.

Consistent, affordable, FREAKY FAST. Sandwich is often ready before I even finish paying. I'd happy eat Jimmy Johns over Subway any day of the week. Love the fresh bread.

I love Jimmy Johns. Very fresh and super speedy. Never had a bad experience and they are fast and affordable. Love their bread and the free smells signs are right, the smell alone will get your stomach growling. This location rocks at lunch time and gets through a line out the door in no time at all. I think if you had to wait for more than a couple minutes, it would be rare. Keep up the great work guys!

Sad face. 4 stars - great, cheap subs. 2 stars - won't deliver to us. The mister and I have been so busy, that we have been eating a bit too much of home delivery food...chinese...pizza...not much to pick from. We remembered...that Jimmy John's delivers. I haven't had one of their subs for a few years. So I look online, we decide on our order, we call this store...and I am told we are a block and a half outside their delivery area. It's really quite ridiculous, as we order chinese from a place nearby, and have ordered many things that deliver from further away. Not only that, but they don't have any location that will deliver to us. So they may be freaky fast...but they are certainly not freaky accommodating. Sorry Jimmy John's....you failed. :(

There is no place in the world which will ever compare to the Submarine Center in West Portal (SF, CA), but this is easily the second best sandwich shop ever created. Walk up (2 sec.). Order (3 sec.). Pay the the obscenely low 3-4 bucks (2 sec.). Then instantly, someone stage-left nails him with a huge sandwich. It's "freakin' sweet." I was so impressed I ordered a second sub, a larger and more complicated sub, even had my money out and then stepped back from the counter as if to say, "bring it biyatch." But right then, like Cheechoo one-timing a slap shot, the guy had that sub and BANG, fired it right to me. Amazing sandwich in under 10 seconds. And they even deliver (because sometimes, you just can't imagine any reason to leave the warmth and comfort of your bed....or you're so hung-over that natural light actually burns) Plus, the walls are littered with useful signs to live you life by including: "Work (like you don't need the money)", "Dance (like nobody's watching)" and "bread so French it must be liberated!" In the immoral words of Erin M. "Tru 'dat!"

I am a huge JJ fan however this location doesn't make me want to come back for more. During the lunch hour, they only have 1 register open which leads to a realllly long line and not-so-fast service. Once you finally order, the sandwich does come super fast. If you bought a soda, be careful. The floor in front of the drink station is super sticky and/or wet depending on the day. If you're willing to wait in line and have sticky shoes - the sandwich is still yummy.

I love Jimmy John's... I think it's the avacado spread that elevates the basic sub sandwich to a new level. It's unique and unexpected making me crave that #6 veggie sub. I would not recommend the wheat bread because then it moves it from a sub to a regular old sliced bread sandwhich which is quite messy. And I'm kind of pissed that we are right on the border of delivery here so I cannot enjoy this delivered to me when I just want to be home in my pj's. And sometimes the young guys that work here are kind of annoying and yell at each other which is not for pleasant sandwich getting experience.

Quick as lightning! They've gotten every order correct this far! I truly enjoy a #10 Unwich with Dijon and sprouts! It's so fresh and delicious, plus Roast Beef satiates the carnivore in me. You can't go wrong. Their Unwiches have won me over. Now, if they'd just deliver to my job, I'd be yours forever, JJ! That would earn you the 5th star. Thanks for a great lunch! Kisses!!!

Jimmy John's is pretty much my go-to place for lunch. It's convenient since I work close by, and they really are fast when making the subs. I've also used their delivery service, which costs a few dollars more, but worth it if the weather is crappy. The subs are pretty standard - the bread is always fresh, it's reasonably priced, and they're close to my work. I'm a fan.
